Switch from thread-local allocated string object to a stack allocated
one. Use auto cleanup to manage storage duration and final logging.
Fixes intermittent random failures of the leak checker.

The GLib slice allocator has been obsoleted. Having a mixture of two
allocators can lead to hidden issues on systems that use different
implementations. Take the leap and replace everything with g_new/g_free.

... and change to 32 bit.
Remove functions to retrieve kernel stats as they don't do anything any
more.
Add RTCP index information to /list output.

This field is duplicated with `ext_seq`, which is already kept in shared
memory and therefore preferable.
Also update all sequence number fields to 32-bit (down from 64-bit) as
there's no need for all these extra bits.
Add output seq information to /list.

In the header files follow the rules:
1. Firstly goes ifndef/define construction, then one empty row.
2. Secondly go system headers, so in angle-brackets, then one empty row.
3. If there are important pre-processor definitions, which affect
the following custom file headers, they are added next, then one empty row.
4. Thirdly custom header files, so in double quotes,
then at least one empty row.
5. If there is "xt_RTPENGINE.h", it's mentioned next, but separately,
then one empty row.
6. Then pre-processor definitions, and one empty row before the code.
In some situations it's allowed to step aside from the rules,
when inclusions are dependent on each other, so on specific sequence,
and also possibly on some inline objects definitions.
But, if possible to follow the rules, it should be done.

gcc <12 propagates the const-ness of the given value to the newly
declared variable with __auto_type, leading to silly "can't assign to
const variable" errors. Work around this with an ugly macro.

A new function dedicated to SDES crypto suites comparison.
It compares the crypto suites using a name in 'str' format.
Recommended to be used in combination with:
g_queue_find_custom() or g_list_find_custom()

A new function dedicated to SDES crypto suites policy checks
has been introduced: 'crypto_params_sdes_check_limitations()'.
Use it to decrease an amount of repeating code blocks
related to SDES checks.

Whether a bit-field is signed or unsigned is implementation specific, so
we should be explicit about this.

We should offer all crypto suites that we support. If passing through
SDES, we should amend the list of crypto suites with all additional ones
that we support that weren't included in the received offer.
