Richard Fuchs	206ea9efd5	TT#14008 update for ffmpeg 5.1+ Starting with release 5.1, ffmpeg obsoletes the `channels` and `channel_layout` fields, replacing them with a unified `ch_layout` struct of type AVChannelLayout.
