Add duration limit for the moh functionality.
This is required due to a possibility to get
monologues and hence packet streams stuck
forever and sending audio to recipients
which already don't exist.
A configuration option that controls that:
`moh-max-duration` - gets a value in milliseconds.
By default is set to 1800000 (half an hour).

... to control output buffer flushing behavior
This commit introduces a new configuration flag `flush_packets`,
allowing control over whether the output buffer is flushed after each
packet during recording. When enabled, the file will grow continuously,
reducing latency and ensuring immediate availability for processing.

Add TLS ALPN option to be set when connecting MQTT
This is required to be set to "mqtt" for instance when connecting
to the AWS IoT Core data endpoint at port 443 to indicate we're
sending MQTT, because in that case websocket and mqtt shares the same
port for whatever reason.

A working stock config makes it possible to install this package and
have a working setup right away. Previously installing this package
fresh results in an error from systemd because the daemon refuses to
start due to lack of working config.
