Richard Fuchs	731abe8e32	TT#86102 remove aggressive endpoint learning heuristics The previous approach causes problems during re-invites with updated port (or address) information. The UA might delay actually using the new endpoint until after the answer is seen, in which case rtpengine would erroneously immediately latch on to the old endpoint. We need to reinstate the endpoint learning delay in all cases, and make sure previously learned endpoints are forgotten whenever a new signal is seen. Richard Fuchs	3d83b46505	TT#76206 fix call teardown for half established dialogues In case of an offer with a via-branch followed by a delete without a via-branch (cancelled call), the call erroneously remains open after deleting one half of the call.
