As per [1], quote:
It’s very important that you recognize the limited scope in which
automatic variable values are available: they only have values within
the recipe. In particular, you cannot use them anywhere within the
target list of a rule; they have no value there and will expand to the
empty string. Also, they cannot be accessed directly within the
prerequisite list of a rule. A common mistake is attempting to use $@
within the prerequisites list; this will not work.

Since skb is a copy of the ingress skb, ->dev still points to the device
the packet was received on. For sending, set it to the outgoing device,
taken from the dst object.

poller_new used to have the side effect of initialising rtpe_now.
Restore this side effect explicitly in the startup code, so that timers
are launched with the correst start time instead of zero.

Partial backport of 6a8c523d5
If we hit the maximul allowed loop iterations when reading packets and
end up aborting the loop, we must set active_read_events back to zero,
so that the next time a read event is received we actually do the
processing instead of thinking there's still an active thread.

The index j we get is not the position in the output array/list, but
rather the index into the source array. Simply append each new element
to the array in order.
Also make sure we don't skip over empty elements in the array when
building the JSON list, so that the order is preserved.

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
rtpengine could not be built reproducibly.
This is because the manpages generated by pandoc contained the current
build date.
An (upstreamable) patch is attached that uses the value from the
SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH environment variable if available.

Because the attribute parts variables are declared in
one signle row, these (popping up) commentaries in other
code parts, show only the first code comment for all of the
variables, which makes the code reading confusing.
In order to fix that, declare each one separately, that
gives own code (popping up) commentary per variable.

Ignore `a=` during sdp attribute level manipulations
during lookups with the `sdp_manipulate_remove()` and
`sdp_manipulations_subst()`. This is only in:
- `append_attr_int_to_gstring()`
- `append_attr_to_gstring()`
This is required for a proper `str` matching in ht.
Then explicitely add `a=` to the resulting `GString *s`.
